The USS Cleveland (LPD 7) is tucked in at Pier 27, with Security keeping an eye on the Bay side from a boat, guards on deck, and who knows who keeping an eye on the ship from this side.

Sailors derigged the colorful pennants midday and headed out on shore leave.
